Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Manassas, VA. The Administrative Assistant will perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, handling phone calls, maintaining records, and providing support to the executive team. Additional duties include ensuring smooth office operations, maintaining communication with clients and staff, and assisting with clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage daily office operations and records effectively
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to professionally interact with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and other requirements
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in relevant computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is an advantage
