Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hydrovac Operator. The Hydrovac Operator will be responsible for safely operating hydrovac equipment to perform excavation activities, including potholing, trenching, and utility exposure. Daily responsibilities include ensuring proper equipment maintenance, adhering to safety protocols, managing job site tasks, supporting commercial construction projects, and interacting with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Safely operate hydrovac trucks equipped with high-pressure water systems and vacuum technology to excavate around utilities and infrastructure.
- Conduct routine inspections of the hydrovac equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of work zones, including traffic control and site preparation.
- Coordinate with construction teams to execute excavation tasks accurately, adhering to project plans and safety standards.
