Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, both indoors and outdoors, to uphold the standards of our organization.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping. .
- Conduct floor care activities such as using a floor scrubber.
- Carry out industrial cleaning tasks in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts to promote environmental sustainability.
- Provide commercial cleaning services in offices, restrooms, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when supplies are low.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and safety protocols is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
