We’re a busy, family-run car wash that’s all about delivering a fast, friendly, and sparkling experience to every customer. We’re growing and looking for a hands-on leader who loves working with people, driving sales, and keeping things running smoothly.
This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, leading a close-knit team of 4–5 crew members, motivating them daily, and making sure our customers leave happy and excited to come back — especially as members!

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 4–6 front-line crew members
- Actively sell and promote our car wash memberships — hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service and handle any concerns with a smile
- Keep the car wash running at peak performance (light troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs)
- Pitch in wherever needed — we’re a team that works together
- Help build a positive, high-energy culture with low turnover and happy team members
- Ensure the site stays clean, safe, and operating at the highest standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven management or leadership experience (minimum 1 year hiring and training)
- A mechanically inclined mindset — plumbing, electrical, or general troubleshooting skills are a big plus
- Experience in sales and customer service
- A driven, positive attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Someone dependable, energetic, and ready to show up strong
- Flexibility to work a mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends
