- Provide client services by assisting customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers and maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers.
Requirements
