We’re now hiring a dedicated and driven Assistant Exercise Coach who wants to make an impact in an environment where systems, standards, and client results come first.
Your Role
As an Dirigo Fitness Assistant Exercise Coach, you’ll:
- Help Coach 1-on-1 and small group training sessions using our programming and SOPs.
- Deliver consistent InBody progress scans, goal reviews, and client check-ins.
- Be a present leader in every session: on time, fully prepared, and full of energy.
- Communicate proactively (texting, logging notes, weekly check-ins).
- Collaborate with the team to celebrate wins, solve problems, and raise the standard.
What We Expect (Our SOPs in Action):
- Client Progress Tracking: Every client is scanned on the InBody every 2 weeks. You deliver the review, document the plan, and send the follow-up text.
- Session Flow Mastery: You arrive 15 minutes early, set the floor, and run a structured, high-energy session every time.
- Communication: You send 2 personal texts 2 group messages per client per week. Missed sessions? You follow up. Fast.
- Clean, Professional Environment: You reset, sanitize, and leave the gym better than you found it—every day.
- Onboarding & Retention: You guide new clients through the first session experience and run proactive renewal conversations with confidence.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Passion for fitness and coaching
✅ A growth-minded professional who loves systems
✅ Certified (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, etc.) – or on track
✅ Available 15-20 hours/week, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
✅ Strong communicator with team spirit and personal accountability
✅ Tech-friendly (we use Wodify, GoHighLevel, and Slack)
Experience in semi-private or private training preferred but not required.
