The Opportunity
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and service-minded individual to join us as a Teller at our Mechanic Falls branch. This is more than a transaction-based role – you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our members meet, playing an important part in building connections and bringing our values to life in this community.
What You’ll Do
· Greet members with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming branch environment
· Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers
· Educate members on credit union products and services, helping them make informed financial decisions
· Support branch initiatives and community outreach
· Ensure compliance with credit union policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
· Prior cash-handling, customer service, or retail experience preferred
· Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
· Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
· Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt in a new and growing branch
