This role supports the full lifecycle of network operations - including planning, engineering, day-to-day support, troubleshooting, upgrades, and modernization.You'll work with a variety of network infrastructure components such as switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and other devices that keep the network running securely and efficiently. Some wireless access points are located in large warehouse settings, so you may occasionally work from lifts or elevated platforms to access equipment.This position is hands-on and focused on sustaining and improving the performance, security, and availability of the network. The environment supports voice, data, video, and telecommunications services, so reliability and uptime are key.
