Mentor junior team members on Scrum team or development team by providing consistent guidance on technical approach and best practices. Work in multiple Safe Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with the tooling used to coordinate this work (Jira). Develop and deploy to cloud environments, AI-enabled tooling. Deliver high-performance, accessible, and responsive applications using modern performance profiling and optimization techniques. Utilize modern delivery and deployment practices, such as CI/CD, quality automation, test-driven development, and release strategies.
