Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT and communication systems in a data center setting.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hardware issues including servers, cabling, and networking equipment.
- Provide technical support and respond to customer inquiries via help desk tickets, live chat, or phone.
- Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders on project timelines and issue resolution.
- Travel occasionally to remote client sites for on-site equipment installation and maintenance.
- Manage tasks under tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and high-pressure situations.
- Recommend and implement improvements to test processes and infrastructure workflows.
- Install and remove racks, rails, power strips, shelves, and structured cabling in server rooms.
- Document and report any software or hardware deficiencies to the clients technical teams.
- Prior experience in data center operations, telecommunications, or electrical engineering.
