We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Success Manager. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of digital marketing clients, building strong relationships while coordinating marketing efforts and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys managing multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping clients achieve their marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new digital marketing clients, including creating client records, coordinating client calls, and gathering required information.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing account management.
• Develop, schedule, and manage social media content across various platforms while maintaining each client's brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing initiatives, client requests, and project timelines.
• Monitor marketing performance and communicate campaign insights during regular client review and renewal meetings.
• Maintain accurate client records, content calendars, and account documentation.
• Manage multiple client accounts while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting established deadlines.
