The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and be able to multi-task. Good interpersonal skills in addition to being courteous, organized and undertake daily deadlines are expected.

The DGA is currently accepting applications for a Reports Compliance Assistant Representative who will support the DGA’s mission through a variety of administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and be able to multi-task. Good interpersonal skills in addition to being courteous, organized and undertake daily deadlines are expected.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Parse incoming DGA compliance documents.
- Ensure the accuracy of all reports, transactions, and records.
- Pursue missing member/non-member deal memos.
- Collaborate with team members and internal departments on the processing of DGA compliance documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proficient in MS Office suite especially in Word and Excel.
- Ability to exercise discretion and communicate concisely, effectively, and tactfully with all levels of management, studio representatives, members, and colleagues.
- Ability to input and update contract files with accuracy and timeliness.
- Have an understanding and awareness of Collective Bargaining Agreements or transferable experience that could impact DGA members.
- Demonstrate ability to maintain, evaluate, and adapt to systems and processes as part of a larger team.
- Ability to take direction from more than one supervisor.
- Solid skills in math, spelling, grammar, and filing.
- Strong work ethic and organization skills.
- Able to type 50 WPM.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Documentum experience a plus.
- Demonstrate proficiency in PC operating systems, filesharing and collaborative work applications (Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, OneDrive).
- Experience in the entertainment industry, labor relations, and/or Collective Bargaining Agreements are a plus.
