The National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) leads the nation's effort to protect the United States from terrorism by integrating, analyzing and sharing information to drive whole-of-government action and achieve our national CT objectives.

Expert experience as a first and second line supervisor.
Expert experience in analysis of numerous, complex, and diverse biometric data sets to provide direct operational, engineering, and analytical support focused on providing fused, integrated biometric intelligence support to TIDE customers and the greater IC.
Superior ability to remain openminded and change judgments on the basis of new information and requirements, perform multiple tasks and change focus quickly as demands change, and support group decisions and solicit opinions from coworkers.
Expert ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Expert knowledge of terrorist identities, compilation, and dissemination, coupled with extensive knowledge of associated databases and identity targeting processes.
Superior ability to negotiate resources to support program and projects to include demonstrated ability to hire and retain subject matter expertise to support and grow the i2 biometric screening mission
Expert knowledge of Intelligence, Defense, Law Enforcement and Homeland Security I2 systems and knowledge of current and anticipated future I2 needs
Expert ability to utilize a variety of biometric tools
Evaluate and develop first line supervisors; serve as a substantive supervisory and analytic resource, teaching and guiding team chiefs; provide substantive feedback to include career development counseling and skills development.
Ensure personnel are appropriately challenged, rewarded, and given the support, tools, training, and opportunities they need to develop and succeed.
Provide expert guidance, direction and leadership to first line supervisors and staff in the planning, performance and execution of identity resolution activities conducted through all source and biometric analysis.
Manage and assess the status and prioritization of assigned projects on a continuous basis, to include resource management and contractor support, and ensure that all resources are aligned with mission priorities and tasks are completed in an effective and timely manner.
Develop and maintain effective networks across the CT, Intelligence, and Law Enforcement Communities to support NCTC mission requirements and analytic undertakings that promote intelligence integration and increase effectiveness.
Provide operational oversight and ensure delivery of NCTC's next generation identity intelligence system related to biometric screening and vetting.
