Location:

This is an 80% IN OFFICE in Clearwater, FL position. We do 80% in office and 20% at home. We are not hiring for a fully remote position.

Product Specialist (Digital Campaigns & Platform Expert)

DirectMail 2.0 is seeking a Digital Ad Specialist to join our Operations team. This role is critical to ensuring our partners’ marketing campaigns launch flawlessly and perform at the highest level across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Simpli.fi, and our own proprietary omni-channel platform.

The ideal candidate is both detail-focused and tech-savvy. We need someone who understands digital advertising platforms, can quickly learn our system inside and out, and is comfortable figuring things out without being told step-by-step. If you’re the kind of person who can look at a campaign, recognize what’s happening, and quickly pinpoint what needs to be fixed or adjusted, you’ll fit right in.

What We’re Specifically Looking For:

We will train you to become our expert in digital campaign setups.  Experience or knowledge of the following digital ad platform is a huge advantage.

● Google Ads

● Meta Business Manager

● Programmatic ad platform experience is a plus (not required)

Ideally, someone who can easily learn new technology and become an internal go-to resource on the above mentioned platforms. Once fully trained, you should know how our features work well enough to understand what’s happening on any campaign just by reviewing the data and setup.

Strong problem-solving instincts - if something looks off in a campaign or it's not performing to benchmarks we set, you can figure out the reason without needing to escalate every time.

High accuracy, low mistakes - small errors can create big issues. If careful, consistent work is your natural way of operating, this role will fit you well.

Reporting Structure

You’ll report directly to the VP of Operations.

What Success Looks Like

● Campaigns are set up right the first time

● Partners get quick, clear communication

● You quickly become the “go-to” for setup questions and to analyze platform behavior

● You proactively catch issues before they escalate to bigger problems

● Weekly/monthly reporting is accurate and reliable

● On rare occasion, a willingness to respond to issues after hours or on weekends.

What You Bring

● Comfort with tools like Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, as well as Excel, Google Sheets, etc.

● Solid communication skills

● Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering error-free work

● Ability to work independently while still being a strong team contributor

● Ideally, 1 years of experience setting up/managing digital ad campaigns for others.

Compensation:

This position $22.50 an hour to start. Eligible for increase to $25 after 60 day probationary period.
