Lead & Inspire

What You Bring
- A two‑year college degree or equivalent specialized training, certification, or hands‑on experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in a financial institution, including 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial services, branch operations, and exceptional member service.
- Confidence, communication skills, and a genuine passion for community engagement and relationship‑building.
