We're looking for a highly organized Swag Production Coordinator to own the execution of branded merchandise programs while also supporting graphic production and workplace branding initiatives.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, working with vendors, and ensuring branded materials are delivered accurately and on schedule. You'll coordinate promotional merchandise ("swag"), apparel, print materials, and marketing collateral while collaborating with our design, project management, and production teams.
Experience working with graphics, print production, signage, or branded environments is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Swag & Promotional Merchandise
- Source branded merchandise and apparel from promotional product vendors.
- Prepare client presentations with product recommendations and pricing.
- Obtain vendor quotes and manage purchase orders.
- Coordinate production schedules and quality control.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries to offices, events, and client locations.
- Manage inventory for recurring client programs.
- Research new promotional products and industry trends.
Graphics & Production Support
- Coordinate production of printed & promo items.
- Review artwork and production files before release.
- Work with designers to ensure files are production-ready.
- Coordinate with fabrication partners and print vendors.
- Track production milestones and communicate status updates internally.
- Assist with packaging, fulfillment, and logistics.
Project Coordination
- Maintain project schedules and production timelines.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding approvals and delivery dates.
- Assist Project Managers with ordering and documentation.
- Help resolve production issues and coordinate solutions.
- Maintain organized project records and vendor databases.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in promotional products, print production, graphics, signage, marketing production, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience working with vendors and managing multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable reviewing artwork and production files.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
- Experience in signage, environmental graphics, large-format printing, or promotional products is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $55,000–$70,000, based on experience
