**We're Hiring: Pre-ETS Instructor (Part-Time)
rong>🌟**Excite All Stars — a New Orleans nonprofit celebrating 19 years of youth development — is looking for a Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) Instructor to empower students on the autism spectrum as they prepare for their futures.
If you love hands-on teaching and believe every student deserves the tools to thrive, this role is for you.
**What you'll do:**
- Deliver engaging, interactive lessons tailored to each student's needs
- Use creative teaching strategies and provide accommodations
- Prepare lessons that build critical thinking and real-world readiness
- Collaborate with school staff and teammates
- Keep attendance, materials, and reports on track
**What you bring:**
- Bachelor's degree (transcripts required)
- 12 months of professional experience supporting individuals with disabilities
- Background in education, social work, or a related field (1 year documented, paid)
- Reliable transportation, a laptop/tablet, smartphone, and internet
- Strong organization and communication skills
**The details:**
- Part-time, ~10–15 hrs/week
- Monday–Friday, daytime hours — no nights or weekends
- Follows the school calendar
- Up to $25/hour (based on experience) monthly mileage stipend
