Orthodontist – Full-Time Track with Strong Support

The role will start part-time and transition to full-time over the course of a year. The current orthodontist will remain on during the transition to ensure continuity and support.
We’re looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of clinical orthodontic experience, along with proven team management skills and the ability to lead monthly huddles, oversee staff performance, and foster a positive, productive work environment. This role also requires confidence in conducting financial presentations with patients to clearly communicate treatment plans and payment options.

Position Highlights
- Start Date: Early 2026
- Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM one Saturday/month (9:00 AM–3:00 PM)
- Practice split between two locations, just 15 minutes apart
- Part Time to start, with potential to become Full Time with mentorship and transition support

- Software: SoftDent
- Team includes: 4 clinical assistants, 1 treatment coordinator, 3 admin staff, and an office manager
- Patient Base: PPO and Medicaid
- Minimum 7 years of orthodontic experience (required)
- Board certified preferred
- Confident, collaborative, and proactive
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Interest in mentoring and team development
- Willing to relocate to Northern VA by 2026 if not already local
