What You’ll Do
- Ensure all orthodontic instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and ready for use
- Take high-quality intraoral X-rays and patient photos to assist with treatment planning and progress tracking
- Capture dental impressions/molds for mouth guards, retainers, and other custom appliances
- Place and remove wires, elastic ties, coil springs, and other orthodontic components
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, braces care, and treatment expectations
- Be a friendly, reassuring presence to patients and parents alike!
- Previous experience in orthodontics preferred
- Radiology certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, fun, and professional environment
