Dental Assistant – New Holland, PA

Our growing, patient-centered dental practice in New Holland, PA is looking for a reliable and friendly Dental Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position, and we’re excited to add someone who is positive, motivated, and ready to contribute to a supportive office environment.

Schedule: Full Time, Tuesday - Friday

Compensation & Benefits

• $20–25 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for treatment
• Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent chairside support
• Set up and break down operatories
• Sterilize and maintain instruments according to regulations
• Assist with 4-handed dentistry
• Take digital x-rays and support clinical procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide clear communication with patients and team members
  
  

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience required
• Current X-ray certification strongly preferred
• Reliable, friendly, and a strong team player
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and motivated to learn
