Associate Dentist - Georgetown, TX

Join our thriving private PPO and FFS practice in Georgetown! We are looking for a seasoned Associate Dentist who enjoys a variety of procedures and values a supportive, patient-focused environment. Schedule

Full Time, 4 days per week

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care in a private PPO and FFS setting
• Perform a wide range of procedures, including surgical extractions, molar RCTs, and implant placements
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff; deliver excellent chairside care
• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
• Encourage and perform same-day treatment when appropriate
• Cover hygiene occasionally if needed (rarely)
• Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of U.S. clinical experience required
• Sedation license preferred
• Strong knowledge of occlusion and ability to handle complex cases
• Energetic, warm, and professional personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with advanced technologies and implant-focused care
  
  

Pay & Compensation

• Annual salary range: $300,000–$400,000 per year
• Daily guarantee for the first 90 days
• No lab or merchant fees deducted
• Benefits negotiable after 90 days of employment
