Responsibilities
- Manage and process outgoing orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) NetSuite.
- Coordinate shipping activities, verifying shipments against pick tickets, delivery and routing information.
- Support the systemic order fulfillment processes including picking & packing, routing and distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols related to warehouse distribution operations.
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is highly preferred, especially in distribution or e-commerce environments.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), NetSuite or similar platforms will set you up for success.
- Ability to read, write and understand English is a requirement for this role.
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with experience in order picking & packing will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organizational skills ensures accurate order processing and inventory control.
