This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staffing Manager based in Ontario, CA. The Staffing Manager will oversee the recruitment and placement process, ensuring that client needs are met with qualified candidates. Daily responsibilities include managing employee relations, developing recruitment strategies, conducting training programs, and fostering effective communication between clients and candidates. The role also involves leading HR management functions and ensuring efficient and compliant staffing practices.

• Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Management
• Proven ability in Recruiting and Training
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and staff
• Ability to lead and manage effectively in a dynamic environment
• Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
