The Inbound Clerk plays a crucial role within a large team, responsible for managing incoming shipments and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient warehouse operations. Schedule and Hours
Monday - Friday 2:30am-11am; must be flexible to working overtime as needed.
Pay
$23 an hour
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and document filing
- Track inventory and monitor compliance with procedures
- Receive shipments and inspect goods for quality
- Process orders, returns, and invoicing efficiently
- Prepare reports and maintain clear communication with team members
- Interact with customers and assist in problem-solving
- Schedule tasks to meet operational deadlines
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a previous Warehouse Clerk role
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in data entry and inventory management
- Strong record keeping and communication skills
- Effective time management and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and customer service experience
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Experience with invoicing and scheduling
