Sales Support Specialist – Full Time
Direct Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist for one of our established clients. This is a fast-paced, in-office position for someone with a strong work ethic who is looking for stability, growth, and a long-term opportunity.
Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour, with potential for increases based on performance once hired on by the client.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude at all times
• Handle a high volume of customer inquiries promptly and effectively
• Communicate with customers through multiple channels
• Develop strong product knowledge to provide accurate support and solutions
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and courteously
• Process orders, quotes, and requests with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Compare product specifications to customer requirements
• Track orders and project statuses while coordinating with multiple internal departments
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and management

• Previous sales support or customer service experience beyond call-center-only work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check and drug screen (drug-free workplace – no THC)
• Professional dress and appearance required

Schedule

• Training Period: Four 10-hour days (Monday–Thursday), in office
• After Training: Four 9-hour days (Monday–Thursday) in office and a half-day Friday working from home using a company-provided laptop
