Manufacturing Positions – Deburr, Plating & Packing
Location: Fort Smith, AR
Pay Rate: $14.50/hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (10-hour shifts)
- Friday: Mandatory Overtime (8-hour shift)
Packing /
- Must be comfortable assisting other departments as needed
- When packing is caught up, the employee will be moved to support other areas
- Flexibility and teamwork are required
- Sand imperfections from metal parts
- Press metal parts flat
- Attention to detail required
- Start as a Plating Assistant
- Clean and prep parts for plating
- Assist with shipment preparation
- 1 year of verifiable work history within the past year
- Strong work history with longevity preferred
- Must meet performance expectations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and work efficiently
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screen (NO THC)
- Must be able to work mandatory overtime on Fridays
