Available Shifts
?? OVERTIME IS REQUIRED. Candidates must be available and willing to work overtime.
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Candidates must be available to work their assigned shift and any required weekends or overtime as scheduled.

This is an active, hands-on position. Candidates should only apply if they are comfortable working outdoors, staying on their feet, and performing physical work throughout the shift.

Job Duties
- General maintenance and cleanup throughout the fairgrounds
- Assist with keeping the grounds clean, safe, and maintained
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
- Empty trash containers and maintain common areas
- Assist with basic groundskeeping and general maintenance duties
- Help with setup, cleanup, and other tasks as assigned
- Work both indoors and outdoors as needed
- Follow supervisor instructions and complete assigned tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all workplace safety procedures
Job Requirements
- STEEL-TOE BOOTS OR SHOES ARE REQUIRED
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be dependable and have good attendance
- Must report to work on time and be ready to work
- Must be willing and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be comfortable staying active and on your feet throughout the shift
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Must be able to perform general cleanup and groundskeeping duties
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Must work well independently and as part of a team
- Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance
- Must follow all safety rules and wear required PPE
- Must be willing to complete Direct Staffing's required screening and onboarding process
