Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
- Set up, load, and adjust CNC machines based on job requirements
- Monitor machine performance and inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Make minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot errors as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable CNC machine operation experience preferred
- Stable and verifiable work history is required
- Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
- Must be proficient with basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Understanding of CNC machine setup, operation, and basic program adjustments
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work Monday–Friday, between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- Must pass a drug screen – THC-positive results will disqualify candidates
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
