2nd shift Manufacturing Metal Production

Job Description:
Deburr Department – Manufacturing / Metal Production
We are currently hiring dependable, hard-working individuals for our Deburr Department. This is a fast-paced manufacturing position working directly with metal parts.
Location: Fort Smith
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 3:45 PM – 2:30 AM
Friday overtime: 1:45 PM – 10:30 PM, as needed
Pay: $14.50 per hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire based on attendance and work ethic
Job Duties:

• Sand and remove imperfections from metal parts
• Press metal parts flat
• Inspect finished parts for quality
• Handle metal parts throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Keep up with production expectations in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable and able to maintain excellent attendance
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work
• Comfortable working in a dirty manufacturing environment
• Able to work around and handle metals
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Available for required Friday overtime when scheduled

ATTENDANCE IS CRITICAL
The first 30 days are extremely important. Candidates should be prepared to work their full scheduled shifts and should not have any known appointments or scheduling conflicts that would interfere with work during their first 30 days.
