Job Description
Performs a variety of direct patient care, works collaboratively with the health care team, is customer focused, and strives to meet department and hospital goals. Provides quality nursing care according to established practice standards and guidelines for the areas assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING, and/or EXPERIENCE
Licensed in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse. Previous hospital experience in area of specialty preferred.
REQUIRED LICENSES and CERTIFICATIONS
Licensed in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse. Advanced certification field of specialty / expertise encouraged. BLS certification required. NRP required within 6 months of employment.
OTHER REQUIRED SPECIAL SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE
Demonstrates theoretical and clinical expertise and the application of knowledge thereof, in the assigned specialty. Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills required.
