What are the responsibilities and job description for the ICEM Surf Designer position at Direct Staff Inc.?
We have multiple openings for experienced ICEM Surf Designers with an Automotive Engineering Company. These are long term positions and are on the day shift.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of mechanical design experience using Catia/ICEM
- Must have mastery of Catia V5 producing studio/styling appropriate Class A surfaces
- Mastery of Catia V5 GSD, FFS and 3D modeling
- Class B surface experience
- Must be able to take direction
- Must be willing and able to complete all tasks assigned
- Must be able to work core hours on site
- Ability to work within a styling studio environment, working both independently and as a team member
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00 - $57.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Plymouth, MI 48150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Mechanical design: 10 years (Preferred)
- Class B surface: 3 years (Preferred)
- Catia V5 GSD, FFS and 3D modeling: 3 years (Preferred)
