Key Responsibilities:
- Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and cleaning, to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish.
- Quality Assurance: Complete all projects on time and maintain the highest quality standards.
- Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a painter.
- Skills: Excellent painting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to mix and match paint colors, as needed
- Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with managers and team members.
- Independence amp; Teamwork: Ability to work independently on projects while also contributing to team efforts.
