What You’ll Do
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air handlers, ductwork, vents, and drainage systems
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency service calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Accurately document service calls and repairs using ServiceTitan software
• Ensure work complies with OSHA regulations and appliance safety standards
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues, proposed solutions, and system performance recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
What You Bring
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC Service Technician experience
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Strong technical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
• Physically able to perform the demands of the role
• Willingness to work nights and/or weekends
Competitive compensation ranging from $75,000-100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation available through incentive program.
