Territory Sales - Recreation and Architectural Sales
Our client is a leading supplier of recreation equipment. They are seeking an Outside Sales Representative that is extremely driven by selling a product they can be excited and passionate about within their set/protected territory. As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be prospecting in the field for new prospects as well as building existing relationships. Presentations are made to small and large clients (Lunch and Learns); therefore you must possess strong presentation skills. Candidates must be comfortable selling a complex product as well as a longer sales cycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 2-5 years B2B Sales experience selling to the parks and recreation, schools, churches and daycares
- Seeking sales backgrounds with experience selling construction, architectural products and/or building materials
- Experience with new business as well as relationship sales
- Experience with a long sales cycle, RFPs
- Highly activity-based sales (hunting, networking, cold calling)
- Excellent presentation skills (small and large groups)
- Strong Communication & Negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM
- Ability to travel within territory
Offering:
- Base Salary $85,000
- Year 1 @ plan $100,000
- Uncapped Commissions
- Company Credit Card for gas, tolls
