Account Coordinator
Direct Results is a Performance Marketing Audio Agency currently seeking an Account Coordinator with at least 1 year of media experience, (internships included). The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented multi-tasker with strong communication skills. This individual will manage multiple moving parts across a large, multi-market client account, communicate clearly, both internally and with our partners, and support the development of client-facing decks. We are looking for an innovative, proactive team player who’s eager to jump in, be the connective “glue” across the team, and support additional account tasks as they arise.
Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
- Coordinate and manage dj interviews, client demos, radio & event sponsorships, and other client needs and requests
- Serve as the liaison between stations reps/media buyers and client teams, clearly summarizing and sharing relevant details
- Conduct competitive and local market research; compile competitive analysis reports
- Maintain weekly results data reports used for media optimizations and planning
- Oversee post-log reporting process to ensure timely, accurate delivery to clients
- Assist in creating presentation decks and campaign recaps
- Provide support to the Account & Media Buying teams as needed

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- At least 1 year of of media agency experience (internships included)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proficient in Google Suite; experience with Google Sheets and Slides
- Familiarity with buying software, specifically Strata, is a plus
