Direct Remodels is growing fast, and we need an experienced canvassing leader to build, train, and run the field team that fuels our sales engine.

This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone who has knocked doors, led canvass teams, and knows what it takes to recruit, coach, and keep a crew producing appointments day in and day out.

The Role

As Canvass Manager, you'll own the performance of our field canvassing team in the St. Petersburg area. You'll lead from the front, setting the standard in the field, developing new reps into consistent producers, and making sure our sales team has a steady flow of qualified appointments with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new canvassers
• Lead daily team meetings, field training, and ride-alongs
• Plan and assign territories to maximize coverage and appointment volume
• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (doors knocked, conversations, appointments set, issue rates)
• Coach reps on approach, rapport, objection handling, and appointment quality
• Hold the team accountable to individual and team goals
• Ensure all canvassers hold proper county solicitation permits and represent Direct Remodels professionally
• Work closely with the sales team and leadership to improve appointment quality and close rates
• Knock doors and produce personally when needed

Required Experience

• 2 years of door-to-door canvassing or field marketing experience (home improvement, solar, roofing, pest control, security, or similar)
• 1 year managing or leading a canvassing or field sales team
• Proven track record of hitting appointment or sales targets
• Experience recruiting and training new reps
• Comfortable with CRM tools and tracking team metrics

Experience:

• door-to-door canvassing: 2 years (Preferred)
• canvassing team management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
