What You’ll Do:
• Lead a high-performing team of resident and remote technicians supporting advanced automation, robotics, and material handling systems
• Serve as the primary customer contact for technical service operations and issue resolution
• Oversee daily maintenance and support activities to ensure maximum uptime and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate internal technical resources while driving service excellence and operational performance
• Help lead continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance, reliability, and team performance
What We’re Looking For:
• 6–7 years of experience within automated material handling, packaging, or industrial systems environments
• Leadership experience managing technical or maintenance teams in customer-facing operations
• Strong understanding of automation systems, robotics, PLCs, and industrial troubleshooting
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
