Responsibilities:
- Install and program new wireless alarm and security systems
- Wireless equipment: sensors, motions, glass breaks, etc.
- Google products Cameras, doorbells, Hubs
- Conduct walks through with customer to understand where the equipment is and does.
- Explain in detail how to use the systems and answer any questions that may arise
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may accrue security systems.
- Identify risk to customers and provide effective solutions.
- Logging all details on every job
- Monitor your personal inventory of service parts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in security installation, maintenance, or other related fields
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
