This is not a "desk manager" role; you will be in the trenches—coaching your team, recruiting new talent, and ensuring our sales goals aren't just met, but exceeded. You will be responsible for the heartbeat of our organization: the sales force.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Representatives. Conduct regular 1-on-1s, perform ride-alongs, and provide real-time feedback to improve closing ratios.Aggressive Recruiting: Build a "bench" of high-performing sales talent. You will source, interview, and onboard new reps, ensuring our sales force is always expanding.Drive Revenue & Goals: Own the sales pipeline. You will set daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets (KPIs) and motivate the team to smash them.Operations & Strategy: Work closely with the operations/installation teams to ensure seamless hand-offs. Use CRM data (Salesforce/HubSpot) to analyze sales trends and pivot strategies as the market dictates.Culture Building: Foster a high-energy, competitive, and supportive office environment. You are the "chief motivator"—when the team wins, you win.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 3 years in Sales Management, preferably in the security, solar, or high-ticket B2C/B2B space.Proven "Builder": You have a track record of hiring sales people from scratch and turning them into top performers.Data-Driven: You don’t manage by "gut feel." You manage by the numbers—tracking call volume, lead conversion rates, and profit-per-install.Field-Ready: You are willing to step in and close a deal when needed.
