Compensation/ Role Type: We are seeking a licensed child psychologist to join our team as an independent contractor. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and a revenue-sharing payment structure — you’ll earn a percentage of session revenue based on your caseload. This model allows for strong earning potential and a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Familiarity with evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, play therapy, parent guidance)

Direct Pediatrics is a direct primary care pediatric practice providing comprehensive, relationship-based care for children and families. In addition to medical care, we recently expanded our services to include psychological testing and are now seeking a licensed child psychologist to offer therapy and behavioral health support within our growing practice.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Child Psychologist to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis, with the potential to transition into a part-time or full-time position as our practice grows.
