What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales Representative position at Direct Orthopedic Care?
We’re seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow and nurture business to business partnerships with referring medical practices and self-insured companies across the Dallas-Fort Worth market. You’ll champion growth for our Orthopedic, Pain Management, and Physical Therapy service lines—playing a critical role in helping patients get the care they need while earning uncapped commission for every success.

Core Responsibilities:
· Cultivate and grow referral relationships with medical practices and self-insured companies to increase new patient volume.
· Drive new business while expanding and strengthening existing relationships
o Facilitate incoming referrals through designated tracking channels
§ Custom tracking will be in place for identification of new guest
o Track and report on all guest volume and sources
o Lead Tracking and Scoreboard
· Provide weekly/monthly reporting on referral tracking to Executive team
o Guest Volume
o Referral Volume and Patterns
· Strategize and execute ambitious sales goals with the support of a collaborative leadership team.
· Comp is base salary commission per new guest completed visit, as indicated by agreed upon tracking sources and channels
· Mileage and agreed upon expense reimbursement
· Must be an independent self-starter that is comfortable with independence and accountability
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare Sales
· Exhibits behaviors consistent with motivated sales professional
· Must be able to triage multiple referrals and update their status regularly
· Ability to work full time Monday-Friday
· Ability to demonstrate professional communication, and work well with others
· Must be able to learn about our patient management systems and tracking platforms
· Must be detail oriented and organized
· Must have a high school diploma
· Must be proficient with Outlook, Excel
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
