What You’ll Own
Lead the organic marketing function
- Own the performance, direction, and evolution of DOM’s organic services (SEO, GEO, CRO, email)
- Ensure our work drives real business outcomes and not just rankings or traffic
- Stay ahead of industry changes (including AI-driven search) and translate them into action
- Develop and refine processes and workflows that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability
- Identify gaps in execution, tools, or capabilities and proactively implement solutions
- Lead initiatives that strengthen service offerings and elevate team performance
- Oversee performance across client accounts and proactively review strategy
- Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
- Ensure clear, consistent communication of results and insights across teams
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 5–10 organic marketing specialists
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and curiosity
- Provide clear feedback, coaching, and development opportunities
- Ensure work meets high standards through quality assurance and process adherence
- The organic department consistently delivers strong, measurable results
- Processes are efficient, scalable, and continuously improving
- Team members are growing, engaged, and performing at a high level
- Clients trust the strategy and direction of our work
You’re an experienced digital marketing leader who’s ready to take ownership of a function.
- 5 years of hands-on SEO or similar digital marketing experience across a variety of industries and goals
- 3 years of experience managing and developing a team
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and performance analysis
- Deep understanding of how SEO connects to broader business outcomes
- Experience with platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, Shopify, and tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush
- Highly accountable: you take ownership of outcomes
- Driven: you take initiative, push things forward, and don’t wait to be told what to do
- Systems-oriented: you naturally look for ways to improve how things work
- Adaptable: you stay ahead in a fast-changing space
- Detail-oriented: without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Curious: you want to understand the why behind performance
- Have experience building or evolving SEO processes or service offerings
- Have worked with AI tools or automation to improve workflows
- Have agency experience or managed SEO programs at scale
- Have experience with advanced analytics or reporting systems

How We Work
Flexible, hybrid schedule
- Work remotely 4 days per week, with in-office collaboration on Thursdays (10am–3pm)
- We operate on a standard 40-hour week, with flexibility in your schedule as long as you’re online during core hours
- From time to time, you may be required to adjust your schedule to support client needs, key initiatives, or campaign priorities. Additionally, allow for flexibility to adjust your schedule to collaborate across U.S. and LATAM time zones
