Overview
Hiring: Recruiting & Applicant Screening Coordinator
Direct Medical Transportation & Deluxe Taxi Transportation
Direct Medical Transportation and Deluxe Taxi Transportation are looking for a motivated and organized individual to help manage applicant screening and interview coordination for our growing transportation companies.
This role will work closely with our Human Resources Manager and Operations Manager to support hiring efforts across multiple departments and positions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor our really hiring account
- Review and screen incoming applications
- Communicate with applicants by phone, text, and video.
- Schedule interviews with our HR Manager
- Assist with recruiting efforts and job postings
- Help maintain applicant tracking and hiring records
- Support recruiting and staffing initiatives
- Work with operations leadership to identify hiring needs
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills
- Comfortable navigating really and online hiring platforms
- Good understanding of social media and online communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Professional communication skills
- Organized and dependable
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Schedule:
- 30–40 hours per week
Pay:
- $16–$17 per hour DOE
