Position Overview
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Artist to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a motivated designer early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and work on a wide variety of real-world projects. You’ll support senior designers while producing marketing materials across print and digital platforms.
This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow brand guidelines, and a willingness to receive feedback and improve quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and production of marketing materials, including:
Postcards, brochures, flyers, mailers
Social media graphics
Digital ads and web graphics
- Modify and update existing templates based on client needs
- Prepare print-ready files following production specifications
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with designers, marketing, and production teams
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Organize and maintain design files and assets
- Make revisions based on internal and client feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in:
Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Strong attention to detail and layout consistency
- Ability to follow instructions and brand guidelines precisely
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and workflows
- Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude
