Direct Imaging Services is a mobile nuclear medicine imaging company serving physician practices, hospitals, and imaging centers across the Southeast. We bring nuclear cardiac imaging directly to the patient, eliminating the need for a fixed lab location.
The Position
We are seeking a full time Mobile Nuclear Medicine Technologist based in the Charleston, SC area. This is a Monday through Friday position with no call and no weekends. This is a true mobile position. You will primarily serve the Charleston metro area and surrounding locations including Hilton Head, Beaufort, Statesboro GA, and Myrtle Beach, with occasional assignments in Rock Hill, SC. In this role, you will travel to physician offices, hospitals, and imaging centers to perform nuclear cardiac medicine examinations on site, bringing the imaging directly to the patient. No brick and mortar lab required.
Responsibilities
Perform nuclear cardiac medicine examinations at client sites in accordance with physician orders
Operate and maintain mobile nuclear imaging equipment
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout each procedure
Follow all radiation safety protocols and regulatory requirements
Travel to multiple client locations as scheduled
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures performed
Qualifications
ARRT (N) or NMTCB registration required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to travel to multiple sites within the service area
Strong communication and patient care skills
