Full-Time Inside Sales Representatives – In-Office | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Pay: $15/hour — increases as you achieve results

• Commission: 10–20%

• Daily, weekly, and monthly incentives (SPIFs & bonuses)

• On-Target Earnings: $31K–$120K annually

• Have customer-facing experience – CSR, retail, hospitality, or restaurant roles

• Manage relationships effectively – Account Managers or Client Service Professionals

• Lead teams and meet performance goals – Supervisors, team leads, or operational managers

• Excel on calls – Call Center or Telemarketing experience

• Communicate persuasively – Marketing or Promotions staff

• Are motivated by growth and results – Professionals seeking career advancement
