We are currently seeking experienced and professional full-time candidates to join our team.Job SummaryFull-Time | On-Site We are an offset lithography company looking for a full-time Print Estimator with real-world experience in commercial printing, folding cartons, Small Format Digital Print, die cutting, and in-house bindery. This position requires hands-on knowledge of how print jobs are produced — not entry-level.Requirements:ResponsibilitiesEstimate offset print jobs including commercial print, folding cartons, and Digital PrintPrice paper, paperboard, plates, press time, makeready, ink, bindery, and die cuttingReview job specs, die lines, and artwork requirementsWork with sales and production to confirm job scope and pricingPrepare accurate and competitive estimates under deadlinesHandle re-quotes and change orders as neededRequirements5 years estimating experience in offset lithography (required)Strong knowledge of folding cartons and packaging productionExperience with die cutting, scoring, and bindery operationsAbility to accurately calculate materials, labor, and press timeStrong attention to detail and math skill Experience with estimating software and Excel (Print IQ a plus)PreferredFolding carton or packaging estimating experienceSheetfed offset press knowledgeFamiliarity with paperboard grades and substratesSmall Format Digital Print Compensation: The salary compensation range for this full-time position is $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year, plus benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)). Compensation ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position.
