Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in workers’ compensation proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and mediations.

Conduct legal research, analyze complex issues, and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and settlement documents.

Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively on behalf of clients.

Manage cases efficiently, ensuring adherence to firm policies and deadlines.

Collaborate with colleagues and clients at all organizational levels to achieve favorable outcomes.

Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Active membership in the California State Bar.
- 2 years of Workers Comp Defense experience
