Responsibilities
- Support attorneys and legal teams on complex client matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft memoranda, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents
- Assist with due diligence, case management, and transaction support
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups
- Participate in client-facing matters and strategic legal projects
- Manage assignments efficiently while maintaining high-quality work product
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professionalism, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Prior law firm, judicial clerkship, government, or in-house experience is a plus
