Responsibilities

Draft a broad range of estate planning documents, including wills, trust agreements, and related instruments.

Provide direct client counsel on trust structures, wealth transfer, and business succession strategies.

Advise fiduciaries on estate and trust administration.

Prepare and review federal estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns.

Conduct estate, trust, and tax-related research and writing.

Support litigation matters involving wills, trusts, and fiduciary administration.

Mentor and collaborate within a team-oriented environment, contributing to the practice’s growth and excellence.
Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in trusts and estates; higher experience levels are valued.
